Grief Support Resources

The death of a loved one effects every facet of who we are. We want you to know that you are not alone. The plethora of emotions that you may be feeling are to be expected, but they can often be confusing and seem contradictory at times. No two people grieve in exactly the same manner because grief is an experience that is unique to each individual, influenced by factors such as personality, beliefs, and life experiences

If you are a parent, caregiver, or adult in a grieving child’s life, you may be wondering how to help him/her. Lacking the ability to verbalize and articulate the complex feelings associated with grief, children often show their grief through behavior. As such, it is important to take into account the developmental considerations that influence a person’s grief response.

At Amanda the Panda, we are continuously working to provide relevant and up-to-date grief resources and information to help you along on your grief journey. On the left sidebar of this page, you will find a variety of support resources for individuals of all ages that we hope may be of help to you or someone you care about.
