Information in Public Areas is Public
If you post messages on our blog, on our FACEBOOK® page, or on another social networking site, that information will be visible to other users. Updating Your Information
If any of the Personal Information you submitted to our site is inaccurate or outdated or otherwise needs to be changed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will use reasonable efforts in our control to revise that information.
You may ask to have the Personal Information in your account deleted or removed; however, because we keep records of past transactions, we cannot delete information associated with past transactions on this site. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your personally-identifiable information without some residual information remaining because of backups.

For that reason, our site does not intentionally solicit, collect and/or maintain personally-identifiable information from users under age 13. If you are under the age of 13, we ask that you do not submit any Personal Information to us and use this site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. This policy shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Iowa, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this policy or your use of this site shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Des Moines, Iowa, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such claim or action.
