Friends and Family Night: Game Night

Join us for a good old-fashioned game night, here at Amanda the Panda! Bring a friend, bring your families, or simply bring yourselves to enjoy some laughs and fun. We will keep the popcorn following an there will be a variety of games an stations set up for all ages. This is a great opportunity to bring your extended family, so they can learn how best to support you. This program is free, but RSVPs are required!  RSVP: teske@amandathepanda.org.

Children (Kindergarten and above), teens, and adults are welcome to attend Amanda the Panda’s support groups. Volunteer Facilitator Training

Those interested in volunteering as a Camp Counselor or Support Group Facilitator are required to complete this training. Teske Vance, Program Coordinator, will lead volunteers through a training that meets the following goals: Volunteers will be equipped to lead support groups of all ages. Volunteers will learn the dynamic of dealing with grieving individuals, children, and families. Volunteers will know the proper steps in dealing with crises that occur during services. Spring Grief Camp

At Grief Camp, children (Kindergarten and above), teens and adults find a place of comfort and support as they connect with others who have experienced the death of a loved one. Together, with the companionship of trained volunteer camp counselors, campers gather to honor, remember, learn, and grow in their grief journey.
